Their Story
CEO and Co-founder
Jay Sidhu serves as the Chairman and CEO for BankMobile and Customers Bank, a $9+ billion asset bank with headquarters in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. He has an extensive and recognized background in banking. Prior to joining Customers Bank, he served as the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sovereign Bancorp Inc. There, he grew the organization from an Initial Public Offering of $12 million to a market cap approaching $12 billion, crediting it as the 17th largest banking institution in the country.
Luvleen Sidhu
Their Story
President and Co-founder
Luvleen Sidhu is the Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at BankMobile. Prior to her current role, she was a management consultant at Booz & Co. in their financial services practice. Before attending business school at Wharton, she worked as the director of corporate development at Customers Bank. While at the company, Sidhu introduced several growth projects, including partnering with a New York City-based start-up to improve the banking experience through innovative technology.
Bob Ramsey

Chief Financial Officer
As the BankMobile's Chief Financial Officer, Bob Ramsey oversees the bank’s financial operations, including planning, risk, and reporting. Prior to joining Customers Bancorp, Ramsey served as senior equity research analyst at FBR Capital Markets, where he covered community banks, regional banks, super-regional banks, consumer finance and fintech companies during his 13-year tenure. He previously worked at Wachovia Securities. Ramsey is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial economics from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary.
Warren Taylor

Chief Customer Officer and Co-founder
Warren Taylor is Co-Founder and President of Customer Service at BankMobile. Taylor oversees the financial risks of the bank. Taylor is responsible for customer care across all channels and white label customers. He is also the liaison for managing Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Management, Legal, and Operations, including budget review and analysis. Prior to joining Customers Bank, he spent 20 years at Sovereign Bank, and acted as the Division President, where he grew the market from zero to $8 billion in 12 years.
Andrew Crawford

Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer, Andrew leads university sales, client operations, marketing and product management for BankMobile’s Disbursements business and business development for BankMobile’s white label and direct-to-consumer banking verticals.  He is a seasoned executive and has held operations, business development, client management, product management, marketing, strategy and consulting roles in both large and small high-growth companies.  He is motivated by building scalable and resilient operational and organizational infrastructure and high-performing teams.

Prior to joining Customers Bank, he served as the Director of Operations and Cash Management of Firstrust Bank. Bob is also a member of several Boards related to Financial Services and non-Profit Organizations.

Joseph serves as Chief Experience Officer of BankMobile, managing BankMobile’s interactions with its customers and external stakeholders. For over three years, Krzemienski has been BankMobile's Chief Design Officer and led its user experience design program and creative strategy. Prior to BankMobile, he was the Creative Director & Entrepreneur-in-Resident at Aspire Venture, developing products and experiences at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and entertainment. He was also previously CEO of Second Fiction, LLC., Creative Director at The Fictory and Creative Director/Principal at Postage, Inc. Krzemienski holds a degree from the Hussian School of Art, where he graduated at the top of his class. “Becoming Chief Experience Officer of BankMobile is truly exhilarating,” stated Krzemienski. “We are disrupting the banking industry through our focus on the customer and I look forward to ensuring that everyone who interacts with BankMobile has the best, most seamless banking experience.”
Regine Fiddler

Chief Marketing Officer
Fiddler oversees all of BankMobile’s marketing strategies and initiatives. “I am thrilled to be part of this mission to create an incredible brand with a banking experience that’s affordable and relevant to customers,” stated Fiddler. Fiddler has over 15 years of experience successfully building and expanding technology brands and has been a part of BankMobile overseeing product management for over five years. She has a proven track-record of implementing a dynamic and lucrative commercialization strategy to drive adoption and retention. During her tenure at BankMobile, she has implemented an integrated approach to marketing, incorporating Artificial Intelligence and other consumer data to optimize the customer journey and relationship with BankMobile. Fiddler was instrumental in building out the product roadmap and using consumer feedback to create a unique recognition program for students. Prior to BankMobile, she worked on building a technology software and hardware division for a top consumer packaged goods company. Fiddler holds Bachelor’s degrees from Quinnipiac University and New York University, along with a certification from the Direct Marketing Association. “BankMobile continues to exhibit tremendous success in redefining the banking industry by putting our customers at the forefront of our innovation.”
