BankMobile and its affiliates are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in comments on our blogs.
We have security policies and procedures to protect information in our possession from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you utilize Online Banking or Bill Pay or the BankMobile application itself or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into protected BankMobile databases only to be accessed as stated above.
BankMobile does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include facilitators of Online Banking, BillPay or other agents acting on our behalf so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may share the contact information you provide on our web site with our contractors and vendors in order to provide a requested service or transaction (e.g., to send you an e-mail) subject to our confidentiality policies. We may disclose your personal information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or to protect or establish our legal rights or property. Information may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, as well as in the unlikely event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company. We don’t intentionally collect or maintain data about children under 13. Our website is not intended for children under 13.

When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.
