Jay Sidhu serves as the Chairman and CEO for BankMobile and Customers Bank, a $9+ billion asset bank with headquarters in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. He has an extensive and recognized background in banking. Prior to joining Customers Bank, he served as the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sovereign Bancorp Inc. There, he grew the organization from an Initial Public Offering of $12 million to a market cap approaching $12 billion, crediting it as the 17th largest banking institution in the country.
Luvleen Sidhu is the Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at BankMobile. Prior to her current role, she was a management consultant at Booz & Co. in their financial services practice. Before attending business school at Wharton, she worked as the director of corporate development at Customers Bank. While at the company, Sidhu introduced several growth projects, including partnering with a New York City-based start-up to improve the banking experience through innovative technology.
Dan serves as the Chief Digital Officer of BankMobile. Prior to BankMobile, Dan worked on launching successful mobile banking and payments products for Dutch bank Rabobank (€771 bln), as well as other large banks in countries like Brazil, Rwanda, Paraguay, China, India, Tanzania, Mozambique, Poland, Botswana, Zambia and Cameroon – having worked in 40+ countries. Dan has distinctive expertise in developing new products, technologies and distribution strategies that accurately match technology with consumers’ needs, instant-account opening and correspondent banking, telecommunications, NFC, alliances, regulatory, feasibility and automation programs.
Warren Taylor is Chief Financial Officer and President of Customer Engagement at BankMobile. Taylor oversees the financial risks of the bank as well as manages financial planning, budgeting and reporting. Taylor is responsible for customer care across all channels and white label customers. He is also the liaison for managing Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Management, Legal, and Operations, including budget review and analysis. Prior to joining Customers Bank, he spent 20 years at Sovereign Bank, and acted as the Division President, where he grew the market from zero to $8 billion in 12 years.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Andrew leads university sales, client operations, marketing and product management for BankMobile’s Disbursements business and business development for BankMobile’s white label and direct-to-consumer banking verticals. He is a seasoned executive and has held operations, business development, client management, product management, marketing, strategy and consulting roles in both large and small high-growth companies. He is motivated by building scalable and resilient operational and organizational infrastructure and high-performing teams.
A Senior Banking Executive with a proven track record of implementing change, streamlining processes, and developing superior customer experiences while achieving exceptional financial performance. Bob has expertise in Strategic Planning; Technology Selection & Deployment; Alternative Delivery and Payment Channels. Prior to joining Customers Bank, he served as the Director of Operations and Cash Management of Firstrust Bank. Bob is also a member of several Boards related to Financial Services and non-Profit Organizations.
